A name on the Global Row
Every overseas adopter's nameplate hangs on the same row of trellis. A member of our team hangs it, photographs it and signs the photo.
Agri Dive is a social farm in Puli, central Taiwan. We grow passion fruit, and we redesign every farm task — pollinating, thinning, harvesting, grading — so that people of different ages, bodies and paces can do skilled, paid work. Fresh fruit can't cross borders, so overseas adopters don't receive fruit. You join the year online, and you take the method home.
This page describes the plan. Prices, seats and terms will be published when adoption opens. We keep the first year small on purpose, so our farm team can look after every adopter well.
One trellis row, a year of work, and a way to take part from wherever you live.

In English and Japanese: this month's work, the Global Row, the people doing the work, and what comes next.
Dawn pollination in spring, and harvest grading in autumn. Both are recorded for anyone in another time zone.
Three process cards and one grading board, as PDFs in English, Japanese and Chinese. These are the same tools our team uses in the field.
At the end of the year: the paid working hours of our farm team, the tasks completed and the boxes shipped, with the data period and how we counted.
Optional. We ship a box of seasonal passion fruit to an address in Taiwan you choose, with a card signed by the person who picked it.
This describes the 2027 plan. The terms published when adoption opens will apply.
A passion fruit flower opens at dawn and closes in the afternoon. It never opens again. Hand pollination has to happen inside that window, which makes it the clearest example of what we mean by designed work: a task with a time limit, broken into steps that different people can do well.
The first hand pollination of the season is our opening live session.
The exact time depends on the variety and the season. We confirm it in the field letter.
For people working in social farming, care farming and inclusive employment: three days on the farm, taught in English.
Day one, you read our process cards and see why each task is broken down the way it is. Day two, you work a full process alongside our team. Day three, you break down one task from your own workplace into a first draft of your own process card.

We are a working farm, not a care setting. The people on our team are paid for skilled work, and the fruit has to meet a standard.
We use universal design to break each task into steps that people of different abilities can learn and do well. Nobody here is in the position of being looked after.
In July 2026 a batch of our passion fruit went through a rapid screening for 201 pesticide residues. None were detected. We publish the date and the batch. See the record (Chinese)
